Terms of Service
By using my video production services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order. Primary communication through the listed contact options. By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions.I provide video production services, including video editing, motion graphics, color correction, sound design, custom intros/outros, and short-form/long-form content formatting. Additional services may be available upon request with expected additional fees. GMVs (game music videos) are typically under one minute in length. Montages usually run between three to five minutes, while YouTube highlight videos are generally around ten minutes long.Turnaround time depends on project complexity and queue length. Standard delivery is 3-5 Days. Each video includes one round of revisions. If you decide to cancel the project after it has already started, you will receive a partial refund since work has begun. However, if the project hasn’t started yet or if I am unable to meet the promised deadline, you will receive a full refund. The editor will share accepted payment methods and confirm them before the project starts; any transaction fees are paid by the client.Provide all required assets (footage, media, branding, notes) promptly, and ensure all content complies with copyright and usage laws, including music rights. The editor isn’t responsible for delays due to client issues or force majeure, nor liable for copyright or platform violations from client-provided content.
